She thought the fresh fruit and nut he brought at pick up was so nice, but last nights drop off really made a lasting impression on her (on me as well). It is so nice to know these people are still out there. What do they say...those things that are done when no one is watching, are a true testament of character. Well, his kindness was received with gratitude all the way across the Pacific ocean from this mom who's heart swelled from his very "fatherly" ways and his well wishes he bestowed on these girls. Thank you for sending us your best, which you had told us earlier, you certainly did.

I wanted you to know that the FIRST thing Ellie raved on and on about was NOT Hawaii, NOT their surfing lesson, NOT their shopping and sunning, but rather your driver, Paul!  Ellie said Paul brought a bag of food from the grocery store with him when he met them Monday night (or, should I say, 1 a.m. Tuesday morning – smile), because he knew they’d be hungry and everything would be closed.  And, when dropping them back at the airport last night, Paul not only hired the porter out of his own pocket, but insisted on giving the girls an additional $20 for food for the flight! 

As an employer of about 15 people, myself, I know you cannot pay people to take their jobs this seriously, or to treat their customers this well – it comes from within.  But I thought you and the managers/owners of Carey should know.  I hope you will pass along to Paul the heartfelt thanks of all five of us moms.  Paul not only took good care of our daughters, he made a lasting impression on them, as well.

I was a first time visitor to your beautiful island last week. My husband, Bill, made arrangements for myself and our friends, Mack and Julie, to take a private tour of the island with your company and we were lucky to have Wil Marano as our driver and guide.

Let me say that our friend Mack was recently disabled and now requires the use of a wheel chair to navigate most locations and this was his first trip using his chair. As a result we were a little slow and tedious to deal with but Wil was incredibly thoughtful and patient. He showed us a wonderful time. As a matter of fact, our tour was the high point of our week long visit. Wil's knowledge of the area, the people, the traditions and local legends made for a fascinating day. I don't often compliment people on their service unless it is outstanding. Having worked in the customer service industry myself I know great service when I receive it and Wil certainly served your company well.

Sarah was the best tour guide anyone could have ever asked for!! We really, really, really enjoyed it!! it was worth every penny! We loved it so much that when we met up with my parents and their friends on our last day (Saturday) we bragged it up so much that they booked a trip with you for tomorrow! I am writing to thank you immensely for bringing Paul into our family. On Monday, August 3rd, Paul picked us up at the Ritz-Carlton Residences and gave us one of the most memorable days of our lives. He took us on the Road to Hana and gave us the most amazing tour imaginable. We learned so much more, and saw so much more, than we ever could have - thanks to Paul. He took the time to show us so much - and to explain things beyond imagine. But even more special than the road to Hana itself was Paul. We absolutely fell in love with him. I just had to tell you what a great time my niece (Joyce) and I had on the road to Hana tour during our recent visit to Maui. Your island is a beautiful place and Sarah is a terrific driver and guide. She made a great day even better. Tell her, my pictures turned out good, even the ones made out of the window of the car. It was sad, leaving the islands..... but I have my pictures to remember that day.

I am writing to advise you about the exceptional service we received while on Maui in early April. My husband, Mother-in-law and I used Carey Services for a tour of the Road to Hana. Our chauffeur/guide was Billy-Bob - he was an absolute delight. Talk about exceptional service!!!! He was wonderful and did everything he could do to accommodate our family. My mother-in-law had a problem getting in and out of the Lincoln Navigator, and while we were at lunch at the Hotel Hana (which was incredible) Billy-Bob went to a local store and [found] the solution to the problem. My Mother-in-law also has a four wheel rollstor - similar to a walker, except it has a chair and a basket to hold her purse or purchases. To make a long story short, one of the side brackets broke right before we went to lunch and Billy-Bob went to the local hardware store and purchased some washers and bolts and fixed it. He was incredible. I highly recommend him. He is very personable and accommodating, besides being very knowledgeable of the island. He has made our trip an absolute success.

I have used Carey Limo Services for years for business purposes for clients, bosses, board members - so I knew when we were on Maui to ask specifically for Carey Limo, but I had no idea we would be so pleased. We stayed at the Aston Kaanapali Beach Resort and their tour desk had never used Carey's services before. I did advise the tour desk that we had exceptional service and they definitely needed to add Carey to their list of providers.

"I must tell you that we had a wonderful experience with you caring for our needs all week. We started by having a "Road to Hana" tour with Sarah. She really tuned into my children and made the day fun, instead of boring. We liked her so much that we decided to use you for a tour of Oahu...

...I worked in retail for almost twenty years before I left the business. I was the corporate henchman that took over failing departments or shops in order to clean house, and make the business profitable again. I have always been a stickler for customer service on all levels. My motto was always that a customer who has a truly wonderful experience will come back again; but you have to be absolutely spectacular for them to recommend you to a friend.
