I just had to tell you what a great time my niece (Joyce) and I had on the road to Hana tour during our recent visit to Maui. Your island is a beautiful place and Sarah is a terrific driver and guide. She made a great day even better. Tell her, my pictures turned out good, even the ones made out of the window of the car. It was sad, leaving the islands..... but I have my pictures to remember that day.

| I am writing to advise you about the exceptional service we received while on Maui in early April. My husband, Mother-in-law and I used Carey Services for a tour of the Road to Hana. Our chauffeur/guide was Billy-Bob - he was an absolute delight. Talk about exceptional service!!!! He was wonderful and did everything he could do to accommodate our family. My mother-in-law had a problem getting in and out of the Lincoln Navigator, and while we were at lunch at the Hotel Hana (which was incredible) Billy-Bob went to a local store and [found] the solution to the problem. My Mother-in-law also has a four wheel rollstor - similar to a walker, except it has a chair and a basket to hold her purse or purchases. To make a long story short, one of the side brackets broke right before we went to lunch and Billy-Bob went to the local hardware store and purchased some washers and bolts and fixed it. He was incredible. I highly recommend him. He is very personable and accommodating, besides being very knowledgeable of the island. He has made our trip an absolute success.
I have used Carey Limo Services for years for business purposes for clients, bosses, board members - so I knew when we were on Maui to ask specifically for Carey Limo, but I had no idea we would be so pleased. We stayed at the Aston Kaanapali Beach Resort and their tour desk had never used Carey's services before. I did advise the tour desk that we had exceptional service and they definitely needed to add Carey to their list of providers.
Thanks so much to Carey Limo and Billy-Bob for making our trip even better.

"I must tell you that we had a wonderful experience with you caring for our needs all week. We started by having a "Road to Hana" tour with Sarah. She really tuned into my children and made the day fun, instead of boring. We liked her so much that we decided to use you for a tour of Oahu...
...I worked in retail for almost twenty years before I left the business. I was the corporate henchman that took over failing departments or shops in order to clean house, and make the business profitable again. I have always been a stickler for customer service on all levels. My motto was always that a customer who has a truly wonderful experience will come back again; but you have to be absolutely spectacular for them to recommend you to a friend. On the other hand, if the customer has a bad experience; they will tell everyone and anyone who will listen. I still live by that motto today as a customer.
I would like you to know that I will be recommending you to everyone I know; and you have to be pretty amazing for me to do that. When we return next year, we will use you exclusively and I promise that we will give you more notice next time.
We had a better time with you then we did with [well known resort]; but I won't get into the nasty details of that. Let's just say...we'll be staying elsewhere.
